[[Note of April 21,2014: See end of post for update]]We have (or had) three primary channels to watch CBS, ABC, and PBS. SDPB-TV actually has three channels, ABC is only one, and KELO CBS/MyTV is off the air here. Was ready to watch weather forecast and the digital converter gave the "NO SIGNAL" error message for KPLO. Buried at the Keloland site is the information below. The story there has some photos and video apparently.

Ice Brings Down KPLO Tower
A KELOLAND television tower has been brought down by the icy weather conditions near Pierre.
An engineer reports that the KPLO tower in Reliance is down after its guidewires snapped under the weight of ice buildup. The tower then crumpled before the top 300 feet tipped over, striking a power pole.
Crews are on scene attempting to repair the power line. However, the time it will take to repair the loss of the KPLO-TV signal has not been determined.
The signal loss only affects people who get their KPLO signal over the air; most customers receiving a cable or digital signal will continue to receive the signal.
"Only" kind of depends if you are or aren't in this area.
KELOLAND has a live feed of CBS News, and videos of their own news broadcasts.
April 21, 2014 Note: I have noticed dozens of hits from AVClub on this post. The AVClub Story mentions tower down, Captain 11, etc. The tower has been replaced at a new location off the hill of previous location. See link below for more info. "Tower Up" info is buried near bottom--Nov 5, 2013 Dakota Today.
**Stay tuned even if you can't tune in KELOLAND --- Doug Wiken
