Back in March, I went through phone books and ad lists for Winner, SD businesses and put them together as an aid for my wife who works at the local hospital, but patients often call asking her for phone numbers. As I puttered with it, I decided to make it fit inside the front or back of one of those free plastic folders for our phone books with their choice of advertisers. Take a sharp knife or use a scissors carefully and put a slit across the top. The list here should print out to fit right in there.

I don't guarantee the numbers are correct, nor are all businesses listed. This was what would fit on a single page and still fit the plastic phone book covers. Hope you find it as useful as we have.
