I hope those with more knowledge about science and technology will add their information or perspective. I am fully aware that our South Dakota colleges and universities have web pages and SD professors get information into professional journals, but most South Dakotans do not look at them. This blog offers an opportunity to get out information on research and general information to other audiences (such as those who pay taxes and tuition to support our universities). Support for science and technology in South Dakota partially hinges on getting more and better information out to more South Dakotans. Improving economy and environment in South Dakota can significantly benefit as well.
I can not do enough by myself, so take advantage of this science blog "clearing house" to get your story out to South Dakotans and others who may be interested in South Dakota Science, production, manufacturing, and technology. See disclaimer and other information at bottom of blog page.
