Another year is nearly gone and I found nothing better at the end of this in the middle of some wretched cold and snowy weather than preparing a modest Holiday tableau out of Christmas ornaments. I hope you enjoy it. Click on image for a larger version. Just noticed on my new weather gizmo that wind is 7mph, with high of 9mph and 6mph average. Temperature 27F with 88% RHumidity and a 20F windchill. Some wet and slippery snow this morning on the plains of Dakota.
Retailers are so intent on catching onto the tail of the latest plastic cartoon figures that is is getting hard to find a plain old simple small Santa Clause. A friend said he was having trouble finding a small train that ran on track like those he could find in every variety, general and hardware store a few years ago at Christmas Time.
In any case, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous, healthy, New Year 2014. Others around the blog world are spreading their version of cheer too. Take a look at a couple below. You may note a change in black in my slapped together version. The "Happy Holidays" is a photo of Winner, SD welcoming lights over the highway through town. The "white snow" is one of my tee-shirts. Have a little fun and design your own greetings.
