Maybe Obama can finally get his act together and present the obvious benefits of this plan even if it is limited by GOP retrograde obstructionists in Congress. It has problems, but most of them result because of the obstinate partisanship of the GOP in Congress. They were riding on millions spent by Koch brothers to poison the discussion and convince people who would actually benefit from a good healthcare system that Obama should keep the government out of Medicare and Medicaid.
I suspect the type of ruling that came today surprised even Obama, and his comments were as usual convoluted and loaded with nice sounding phrases that contribute little information and make it all just too easy to forget.
Already the GOP and apologists are trying to spin their bull manure into election gold. They are back to the humbug about doctors being separated from patients and vice versa when nothing in this legislation comes close to doing that. It might help a bit to separate the medical industry from your wallet however.
And of course, the death panels and all the variations of “evil heartless government bureaucrats rationing healthcare”. The Republicans seem to think letting the Grim Reaper ration health care with a healthy commission to healthcare executives is a better option.
I do wonder how many people will remain fooled by the GOP humbug and how many more will fall for the deception all aimed at making insurance companies richer so they can make political contributions to the GOP.
Democratic candidates and representatives need to be banging a drum and ringing a bell to wake up voters.

Romney, Daugaard, Noem, Jackley, Boehner all trying to make life hell for the poor and make sure the greediest most insatiable healthcare executives can afford caviar and trips to the Alps with wives or mistresses and of course take their prostituted congressional critters along for the jet ride.
